Dear sir

hamne ek life insurance policy li thi sahara india (branch in raddi chowki) bank me, after the death of my father we claim for that, hamne sare papers submmit kiye but atlast bank walo ne kaha aap ko claim ka amount nahi mil sakta because of the fault of his own branch, because bank walo ne papers time per submmit nahi kiye the .please help me and provide me a proper solusation for that.
