Account form not accepted

As i am very disappointing with the sbi bank and i wanted to open the salary account they asked for the confirmation of ration card with the filled details of bank account form i provided to them 12.45 pm on saturday on 22/12 and the administrative person giving the reason now it cannot be opened already late and there was still time working hour is still 1.30 pm and if ask the still the time is there they we were giving the unwanted reason like system is not working . i am very disappointed with the sbi bank which is in bommanahalli branch that to branch manager only
