Refund not done

My Dishtv VC no. is 01515328814. I purchased One Dishtv connection on 16/04 and done payment through internet banking. But payment was wrongly made 2 times. After that they demand scan copy of my passbook which i gave them then they demanded bank statement which I mailed them with transaction ID's of both transactions. but they didn't refund my amount of Rs.1090/- for last 8 months. I called them so many times but they always say that your request is in process. can u please help me to solve my problem as early as possible.
