Payment of landline bill of BSNL Chennai

While making payment of my landline telephone bill (Telephone No.044-22243764) through my SBI Credit Card for Rs.947.00, I have not received online confirmation for the payment. Hence I wish to give this cpmplaint. Please look into the same and rectify the same immediately.
