Activation of Internet Banking

I have been issued "Internet Banking Kit" by SBI Sangamner Branch on 26/10 and it is supposed to be activated within next 24 working hours. Same is not yet activated by SBI. I have even lodged a complaint on website of SBI with complaint No. IB999226911520. SBI Sangamner is not responding to my complaint.
