Got some calls from HDFC Bank Credit Card (Delhi/ NCR) for Credit Card. Sales Executive Shelly sent to Mr. Sitaram to collect my documents on 19 Nov. Even After 1 Month, there was no response regarding the same and no sms also received by hdfc bank. They have sent no written confirmation about, When asked several time Mr. Sitaram has told me that your KYC no.again we have sent to head quarter and again it teks at least 07 days but now i am waiting since 20 days no information has been given.
