NEFT not done

Hello sir

I Priya have done a NEFT of rs 6000 from account no. 4128 (Corporation Bank, garhi harsaru branch) to my Suman lata's account (acc.no- 3012147371, Central Bank, faridabad) on 26/12.Amount already debited from my account but not credited to her account yet. The conf. ref. no. is 10800626C1200002. I want my money back or it should be credited to her as soon as possible. Also the Corporation bank not accepting my complaint. They just miguide me.
