Serious problem in my cibil

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that I Deepak Sharma, S/O Sh. Yougesh Babu Sharma, R/O RZR-90 STREET NO 14 A DURGA PARK BEHIND SOLANKI PUBLIC SCHOOL NEW DELHI- 1110045. Holding a Pan card no. BHKPS5027H since last 6 ~ 7 yrs appx.

Recently when I applied for a loan to HDFC bank, as per them my cibil rating was down due to which I was unable to get a loan. On checking the details with HDFC Bank, the number of my PAN card was updated with some other person name Deep Kumar Sharma.

I am also inform you this problem so many time you are requested kindly suggest me what to I do because due to this problem I am facing a lots of problems.

You are requested kindly check this matter and update my cibil so that I apply a loan.
