Dear Sir,

Please note your bill for October was not received by me and I had complained vide my email dt.10th November. Therefore your late payment charges are unjustified and should be reversed. Further in your bill dt.20th October. 4 entries were “ BOGUS ”. I had complained several times on telephone emails dt. 12/11, 12/12, 13/12, 18/12 & letters dt. 12/12 & 18/12. And had made payment of Rs.2, 000/- on 09/12 which was after deducting the BOGUS payment (excess in fact). Again you have charges interest & service charges of Rs.427.50 46.00 in your bill dt.20th Dec.2012.

Kindly reverse this immediately & oblige.
