DEDUCTION OF BALLANCE

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am an Reliance Prepaid Customer From past 2 years and have been using the number 8103146793. On 27 dec my reliance smart ballance of Rs/ 65 deduct from my main ballance after this i trying to call custumer care number 9827098270 and 198 of many time but responce always busy, So after this i deside to complaint to comsumer complaint, because this is also 2 time before with me.so i request to you please kindly do something.
