Fraud transaction made through credit card

Total 5 transaction were made of Rs.79, 777.04Rs at France through my credit card number 4317 5756 4537 7251 on 28/12 and i had immediately reported that to SBI helpline and blocked the card and even i tried to registered compliant to CYBER POLICE STATION BKC bandra. Mumbai. But BKC police has just taken the application and forwarded it to Samta Nagar Police Station. I have been following up with the SBI for the same but they are saying until the merchant doesn't claim they cant do anything. The fraud has been done and they should act accordingly they are just try to following the normal process is not good.

i have filled up the all the formalities like dispute form and mail reply to SBI please you take up with them.
