ATM CARD FRAUD CASE

I stay in Pune (B T Kawde Road). When I extracted a mini statement, I came to Know on 26/12, Rs.40000/- has been Withdrawn. To my surprise, I have not withdrawn such amount on such dates. The card always remains with me securely and I do not hand over my card to anybody else.

I went to Bank and came to Know This amount has been withdrawn from Axis Bank ATM, Delhi. I requested to register complain, but bank refused register a complain.

Please guide for taking further steps, and getting my money reimbursed
