Dear sir.

I have applied for housing loan at sbi peenya15 days back, I went to the branch and spoke to manager he said file has been sent to RACPC Banasawadi on 31st of Dec. yesterday i have enquired at brach, they said RACPC says it takes 15 to 20 days to check the papers, (because of more pending files)

My agrement period ends on Feb & i planning to register the property on 1st week of Feb. Branch manager is good and friendly but he is on leave for 1 week. My vorry is After 20 days if RACPC does’t accept my papers i will be in trouble.

What should i do? Shall i take the papers back & apply with other faster processing banks?
