This has reference to your Report-pension stopping letter (PEN_R9)/561 dated sep. ppo no. TH/THA/04067357.of v.s. rane. Life certificate dully filled by me and certified by the branch manager of bank of india, badlapur has already been sent on sep.2012 through courier.
