Poor service from HDFC car laon Dept, Pune

We are staying in pune. We had purchased a four wheeler - honda city individual. The original passing is from jalgaon. We applied for used car loan, loan Amount Rs 4 Lac from HDFC Bank, bhandarkar road, Pune. We provided all the original docs to the bank as RTO passing was supposed to be done by them for which they said it would take around 1 month for complete process and after 1 month the vehicle will be on your name. now its been more than 3 n half months and we are continously doing follow up with the bank but the passing is not done. Such a bad service that bank representative dont give the status.we need to call n everytime we geta status that it will be done in two days. We also met with Bank head but no progress. Even the car insurance is lapsed now.
