Online fraud transaction

My ICICI credit card was fraudulently used for an online transaction via ENTROPAY UK on 12th Jan. Immediately when I called ICICI, they blocked the card but there response to block the payment was irresponsive. They mentioned that they cannot do anything and asked me to lodge a police complaint. They said that the transaction happened with my 3dpin. Am I an idiot to share my 3d pin? The online system of ICICI is so flawed that the 3d pin got hacked. For no mistake of mine, I have to run here and there to lodge complaint, call icici many times but still no proper response. I was an intensive user of credit card and now I have learnt a costly lesson. Thanks to the nonsense bank ICICI for teaching me a lesson to not use their credit card.
