FAKE advertisements

Respected Sir,

I’m having an AIRCEL (KERALA) connection for the last 4months.

2days before i.e. 4th march I recharged for RC49 (unlimited sms plan all over India).

Bt I didn’t gt unlimited SMS, I lost my credit. After that I called to AIRCEL cust care & they telling that only 666sms per day. & that RC 49pack is with terms & conditions, I also talk with their senior manager also, but I didn’t get a good reply from them.

I asked them that then y r u using the wrong word “UNLIMITED” with sms plan??? Bt no reply…

That’s y I’m complaining to consumer forum that “y AIRCEL making consumer FOOL by giving FAKE advertisements??? ”

I hope that I would get a good reply from consumer forum
