Unauthorised dilar tone in my mobile'

My cell phone no.8796218720. service provider-aircel.

The company added a dilar tone in my cell no. without my consent.on complaining they deducted rs.12 for that call. dilar tone charges were deducted, how much I dont know. I was given rude answers when I called No.198.I want details of the charges deducted without my knowledge and full refund of that.
