Deducting of balance

May I know what kind of services you are company is providing??? Last month on jan 22 I sent a mail for deducting Rs 30 from my main balance for caller tune which was not requested by me and was without my permission. Somehow I deactivate the caller tune but I didn’t get my deducted amount back into my account. But I don’t react much and leave the matter with the hope that was a mistake and will not be repeated in future from your side. But I was wrong, everything was intentional and that’s why your people have done the same thing again today i.e. 9th Feb. 2010. Can u plz tell me what kind of fraud is this? What kind of method is this for fulfilling your damn target harassing and dissatisfying your customer? Now we all are quitting your connection and at the same time alerting and information our every known aircel connection holder about your this kind of fraudulent nature.
