Deducting money

I am using Aircel prepaid mobile connection. It has been noticed that the service provider deducting money from my account. When I asked the customer care they said some other services is activated in your account. But I am very surprised that how the other services activated. Either me or nobody in my family activated such nonsence thing. Even yesterday the Aircel Service provider deduct Rs.15 from my account and I am very surprised that as per message sent by them it shows that the money is deducted because of the Rat Baki Renewal fees for next seven days, but when I asked the customer care about the said service activated time yesterday they informed that the Rat Baki services has been activated on 13the July. My question is there if the subscription date is 13th then why the renewal charges is deduction on 18th??? This is just an example they deductied lot of amount from my account with activated by them only.
