Credit Card used fraudulantly to book Floght tickets at Air India

Dear Sir,

3 Tickets were booked to buy Air India Tickets on 02nd Dec 09 using my Credit Card number 4539926005054364 with Exp date 03/12 Fraudulantly.

Below are the details

974760 02-DEC-09 683515 04-DEC-09 AIR INDIA 4, 655.00

974762 02-DEC-09 652314 04-DEC-09 AIR INDIA 4, 655.00

975645 02-DEC-09 679526 04-DEC-09 AIR INDIA 5, 580.00

I learnt of these fraudulant use when I received alerts on my mobile phone from My Bank (Andhra Bank). Post this, I made several attempts in vain to contact Air India over the phone to report of this misuse. I dialed on the Air India customer care numbers collected from Just Dial (3333333). However, I was unable to contact anyone at Air India as none of the calls were answered.

I have reported of the misuse with my Bank & got my card hot listed. I have also raised an FIR with the police to nab the fraudster. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in disputing these transactions that have been made using my credit card details.

Do let me know if you require any other information that might help you in your investigation in nabbing the fraudster.

Hope Air Lines would adopt better checks to avoid misuse.
