Want recharge reversal in prepaid

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint about Airtel prepaid mobile telecommunication that i have done three wrong recharges on other states numbers which is as Rs 2222 on 9635542730, Rs 555 on 9801376708 and 120 on 9162733049 number at 7:00 p: m on 13 October with my Lapu number (9897427301), and i want reversal of the following transactions bt our retailer helpline not help me on the task of reversal but i want reversal on my lapu number which is same as above because i always trust on Airtel services.

so please take my complaint seriously and solve it as soon as possible.
