Deactivate gprs plan and cricket information

I, r.r.s. chauhan, had activated the gprs plan of 19rs. but now it is not deactivating. i tried to deactivate it many times but got no response. its really frustrating as they are deducting 19rs. every fourth day. not only this they have subscribed cricket pack without my permission. please resolve it as soon as possible, otherwise i will be left with no option but to go to the consumer forum.
