Deduction 45rs of myaccount without any button press

My self bhavin a prajapati,

my mobile no. 8128237555, of airtel service

i call toll free no. and cut the call.

after some time i have got three message,

deduction of 30rs and deduction of 15rs,

so total 45rs deduct without any my mistake

i call the customer service centre mr.gulshan raza he talk me you press button and download the caller tune.

i told him i m not press any button but he not accept my matter

so please do need fool. that not only may matter but many person phase this problem
