I PLACED A REQUEST TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 06/10 AND AIRTEL REP INFORMED ME IT WILL TAKE THE 7 DAYS TO TERMINATE MY SERVICE AND ALSO I WILL BE BILLED UNTILL IT IS NOT TERMINATED . I CALLED THEN AFTER 7 DAYS IT WAS STILL ACTIVE AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR SUPERVISOR A NEW REQUEST WAS MADE TO CANCEL THE SEVICE AS ON 06/21 AND SUPERVISOR INFORMED ME NO MORE BILLING WILL HAPPEN SINCE IT WAS THEIR DELAY . FINALLY THE CANCELLED THE SERVICE ON 07/04 AND WAS SENT A BILL FROM 06/10 TILL 07/04 . CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY HAVENT YET RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND JUST KEEP ON SAYING THAT IS WAS A DELAY FROM THEIR END AND NOT MY FAULT SILL NO RESOLUTION IN MY FAVOUR... IT SEEMS LIKE THEY JUST NEED MONEY FR THE SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED
