Main Balance deduction for unknown service

Sir.my main account balance is deducting in a daily basis of rupees 5 and 1 for a unknow service, whice i did'nt activate and which i need not.i have called up Airtel customer care they just given me this website..they cant deactivate my service.so its my kind request to your team to please give me a hopeful solution, please deactivate this chargable service from my number.its my kind request.thanks
