Unnecessary deucting money in the name of jobs alart service

I am the subscriber of the prepaid airtel mobile service my No. is 8011571306 . From the very beginning airtel debiting money as the charge of jobs alert service @Rs10/- for every three days which is fully unauthorised and unlawfull. In spite of several request they have not taken any action till date.please advice me whether i have to go to consumer forum or jago grahak jago option to unsubscribe the jobs alert service?
