Wrong deuction for SMS despite spl. SMS recharge by Rs.18

Despite recharging my bangalore airtel prepaid mobile no. 9945723362 by Rs.18/- to avail free per day admissible local/national sms for a month, as per tariff chart of airtel supplied to recharge shop vendors, my prepaid a/c balance has been deducted for each of my smses sent. Itz nothing but clearcut cheating. Airtel must recredit my deducted amount forthwith otherwise I would prefer discontnuing my this no. -- b.p.sahu, bonafide customer, bangalore.
