Duping customers

Airtel has now started (or atleast i have realized it only now) to provide value added service such as cricket updates, bollywood updatec, etc.. without the customer's express approval and deducting the mobey from the pre paid card amounts. This is definitely not legal and this is to warn the public that Airtel is resorting to such cheap methods to make money from public. this happened on my son's mobile, upon ralising this, check with my parents and they were also being deducted for sms's that was irrelevant for them and had not subscribed for. So my plea to Airtel is PLEASE STOP THIS CON JOB!!
