Deduction of Money

Dear Team,

Kindly notet that Airtel (Prepaid) keep on deducting my money from mobile a/c without any reason. I used to call contact center several time to get clarification. Nowadays, I am not getting any response from contact center. Especially call back, proper clarification. Also I am insulted and agents keep on cutting my calls. I used to call this center after my job (almost mid night).

Anyone, please advise meHow can I get justice? How can I get my hardearned money back? how can I stop this " day-robery "
