Locked my calls

Respected si, my number is 9938590364.i have purchased the sim card in naik electronics in bhatli chowk and submitted documents twice.once in shop and in bargarh airtel office. But after it also my calls are barred and i cannot able to call and receive any number. I have activated 3 days internet pack and during that day it get locked. I have call to customer care and visited thrice to bargarh office but they saying me that wait. But their is a duration of waiting, 15 days are gone with the day of reporting.

I is a sincire request to activate my number.
