Deficiency in service

On 10-02, i received sms, offering television channels on my mobile phone using airtel connection and accepting the terms and conditions in the above messages i tried subscribe 'all channels/7 days for Rs.40/&-#039; but received directions asking me to try again to subscribe the above service. thereafter on 11-02 again i received messages deducting Rs 40/- from my account for using and choosing the above service but no service is provided by airtel despite lodging of repeated complaints so far.
