My name is Aruna Sharma, was using Airtel Moblie number 919779123923 under corporate plan. For the last few months i was receiving hefty bills so i decided to quit the same. After submitting 3000 Rs Dated 10th sep receipt no 12-16885792. I was told that now only approx 6600 Rs left to be paid and after around 1 week my outgoing was barred. As i no longer got any interest in this number it really didn't bother me but after that started my harassment and even my family members at the hands of one Aman working in Airtel, he started calling up my husband, my son, my daughter-in-law and now even my relatives and belittling me in front of them, he even uses abusive and filthy language. I don't understand whats all this going on he is forcing me to continue with the number and adding unwanted charges and now claiming my bill reaching 20000Rs. That fellow Aman using airtel number 919653384140 and 919653374398. I just want to ask one thing who has given this person such absolute power and how can he force me and at the same time threat me to continue with this Airtel number, it is bringing bad name to Airtel company.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps at the earliest.
