Fraud charges

Im using Airtel broadband from last three months. Last month a charge of 199 for gaming was added in my account. When i asked the customer care guys they said that i subscribed it and they could do nothing to waiver this amount. But the truth is i never subscribed this service. So airtel is making business by fooling people by adding this amount to every subcriber i hope and making fraud money. This must be in millions. I never expected this from a company like airtel. I would really like to send airtel a legal notice for charge of harassing its customers and making fraud money from its customers pocket. I am sure lot of people like me will be facing this.
