Loan Processing - Poorest service than anyother bank

I have applied for Loans in HDFC bank, I have got a Very clear banking histiry for last 5 years .appreciating that bank executive from G.N chetty road agree to disburse my Loan in 4 working days. Then only i came to know, They dont know what documents are required and what is the process to get a Loan sanctioned. They jus look for application

for following two reasons

1.COMMISSION

2.TARGET FOR THAT MONTH

Every one goes to personal loan with emergency needs, but they give commitment for jus commision and then manage that and prolong and when ever they can process they try to force the customer to take the Loan. I logged a complaint against this service and cancelled the Loan, But no reply from Bank . better check about the executives before you process the Loan
