I Ganesh More, (account no. 2401900141451) have opened an NRE account in HDFC bank almost a month back. However I have few complaints to be sorted out.
1. At the time of account opening I had given an amount of Rs. 100 Dhs in cash to Mr. Raj Mohan (Dubai branch) of which he said Rs 50 Dhs would be deposited in my account after the activation of the same. But even after a month’s time the same has not been reflected in my account. Kindly note that even after asking for acknowledgement for the amount given to him I never got any from him.
2. Secondly I specifically had asked him whether I can transfer online amount from any bank say ICICI to HDFC and vice versa through net banking to which he had replied positively. But after activation of my account I came to know from the website that I have to fill up the “THIRD PARTY TRANSFER” form. Why is false information given in the beginning itself.
3. Thirdly I have been following up with him for the same since a month’s time for which again he’s giving false commitments about personally coming and meeting him and to collect the “THIRD PARTY TRANSFER FORM”. Till date he has never turned up.
Kindly let me know if the same can be sorted out at the earliest or else I may have to close my account with HDFC bank. Maybe I had got wrong information about HDFC that it’s the only bank giving good service to its customers.
