Unwanted service provided

I yuvraaj chokhandre has provided with unwanted value added service that is job alerts which i have not subscribed than also i have been charged my 30 Rs. is been deducted on calling the customer care the executive were not responding this service was not started by me nor i have send any request to start this service. i need my refund back this is an mistake done by company why should suffer loss?
