Unspecified charges/plan on boosters

Are we fools? cant they inform when the charges/plan on the call cutters and boosters change..not even the retailers knew any such... They suddenly change our plan with these boosters without the knowledge of us..Is this to make the customers fool..we are upset with all these actions... Will again these arise... will they solve it?
