Unauthorized charges (9810362793)

I am an Airtel Delhi customer and own your six mobile connection for more than five years. I have a compliant regarding one of my number (9810362793) which has been migrated from postpaid to prepaid on Monday (8th Feb. 2010) itself.

Now, the main issue is that I called customer care on Monday and asked your executive the details of call rate reduction pack. He gave me two option of i.e. Rs.46, Rs.28 pack and just gave me the information regarding their validity (1 year) and call rates but didn't gave me information that on recharging with Rs.46 your lifetime validity will be minimised to overall one year account validity.

This can be checked by my all the recharges made on Monday (8th Feb) on my number 9810362793 i.e of denominations 43, 100, 46. Considering my problem it is recommended to you that firstly, again activate my mobile number 9810362793 with lifetime validity and also activate pulse rate pack of Rs. 28 & adjust the remaining money.

Airtel is not considering the customer mental peace and satisfaction, which can be effect its reputaion.
