AIRTEL - STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS

AIRTEL has activated Caller Tunes on my mobile phone without my authorization.

And what a crappy tune it was.

All those facing the similar problems regarding Unauthorized charges should file a CLASS Action suit in the Consumer Court. So that the same can be referenced in the future. Also, TRAI should look into these violations.

PS: i bet thousands of such violations go unreported every year and AIRTEL makes a tidy sum.
