Lazzy attitute and customer handling

Dear Team Am Balaji. Applied for a personal loan at your bank. Currnetly having homeloan also with HDFC. I approached for the want of personal loan with HDFC. Ms. Priya from chennai - 09952041532 called me multiple times and followed up for collecting the documents. Once after collecting the documentation from me during last week of April'11 there was no updates given to me. Am keep following up with the above mentioned numbers as well as one of the out sourced agent Mr. Suresh Babu (who had visited my premises and collected all relevant documents) - 09710939959. But I did not get any sort of responses from HDFC... Am really surprised and worried for such sort of customer handling that too from HDFC. Am being a good customer having good track record with my previous loans, need to understand the feed back on my personal loan... My loan Ref. No. through SMS is 18854462.
