Rediculous service - Customer care themsleves claim their executives have no knowledge

Hi,

My file number FOR hdfc HOMELOAN is 602795206... Its been a month since i have submitted docs... but no satisfactory answers rather false promises being done..The customer care for HDFC ltd even more pathetic ..on our first call they told they will call back with the status..but Noone responded..second time i call they say the loan amt what bank agreed upon is less and u have to tell me if you agree on a lesser amt..Such a big statement an HDFC cust care exe is making orally... When we communicated this to sales guy he said he will get it HIGHER AMOUNT sanctioned... after sometime i again called HDFC cust care SPOKE TO ANJALI DSOUZA, same response i got again nothing in writing..and EVEN SHE SAID THAT EXECUTIVES IN ORDER TO MEET THEIR TARGETS GIVE FALSE COMMITMENTS THEY ARE NOT WELL EDUCATED AND HARDLY GRADUATES.THEY DONT HAVE MUCH KNOWLEDGE AND MISGUIDING ME.IMAGINE A CUST CARE SAYING SUCH THINGS ABOUT THEIR OWN EXECUTIVES... ISNT'IT RIDICULOUS...
