Wrongly debit of amt

Dear sir I satish ramesh koke using the airtel prepaid no 9892610213 from last 4 to 4.5 yrs in this time several times the airtel have debited the amt wrongly they activate any pack of services without the customer consent even now the airtel have debited 5rs for cricket pack without my consent when i complained to cm service i was given false comment to reverse back the amt i have called several times the customer service executive but the amt is not reversed back

sir i want to escalate this as high as possible.
