Deactivation of incoming call

We are haunted by the subscription of one "Ganesh Slokam" from the number 919567996931. We contacted your airtel office, irinjalakuda, Trichur district, Kerala State for deactivating this and they assured it won't be coming anymore. But till this date it is coming every day morning consuming Re.1/- per day. Please deactivate this with immediate effect.
