My AIRTEL Mobile Prepaid No.9789302822. Last 3 days, I have been charged Rs.60/- for this number regarding downloading of McPACK from Airtel. But I am not downloaded any in this regard and also not aware of the McPACK. Accordingly I clarified the issue to the Airtel Customer Care but they not responded properly.
I request you to take action to credit the amount which was debited in my prepaid account towards McPACK by the Airtel.
