Balance Deduction of Rs 20 everyday since mid of march

My balance of rs 20 is getting deducted form my Airtel Prepaid no. 9872592192 since mid of march. I have complained many times to 121, 198, Nodal officer and have send lots of e mails regarding this, but my problem is not getting solved by them. Plz help!!
