Unsolicited activation of services and unauthorised deductions

My mobile no is 9789848339. despite specific request made to customer care of Airtel not to activate unsolicited services, airtel activated services and send renewal messages. when i contact customer care thier system is always slow or not working and request me to contact after midnight. very poor response. but they go on deducting amount even for sms requesting them to unsubscribe services which are activated by them unauthorisedly. how to name them.very unfortunate.
