Lack of service

Our honda activa dealer mirje assoates at kolhapur does not give any service. he was supposed to give rto number within

four days. when i call him after four days lady on counter one amrta says why are you calling againand again. i said according to new r.t.o. rules you cant drive on temp. number. niether dealer can dealer give dilivery without number. there is no sales officer

in sales office. its tragic situaton as i have not received now even after 15 days
