Wrongly deduction and mis behave

Dear Sir,

I am Pradeep Rajoria, and my no is "9993583366"i am airtel customer since 7 year but now a days i am facing so many problems by you. i made so many complaint about this but i didn't got resolution as well your customer care officer and the supervisor don't know know how to behave with the customer.three times they are wrongly charge me saying that i download the java games that i don't, then i use 98 rs pack for internet then also they are wrongly charge me saying that i activated the per day 10 rs pack for internet and today on 31st of oct i talk to mr lokesh at 10:14am.he said me this not my no this with the name of vijay is this your service.when the tri will activate the service for changing service provider i will we the first and told to other also about your this services i have the recording on your customer care people i will show that also.
