Unauthorised charge

Sir,

i have a airtel connection with number 9829147735 .i have no any complain towards your company since taking & operating the connection.

But from many days i am chgared unessarly as i have been charged 30 paisa per min. and in the message it is written only that thanking for using airtel service you have been charged 30 paisa on 16nov.2010 my balance has got down from 91rupees to 61 rupees drastically only in an hour. I had also gone to your costumer care center on M.I.road in ganpati plaza but your employiees bhehave very rudly and not even gave any response to the problem they said that ''IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MOBILE SEVICE ON SO PAY THE CHARGES TO THE COMPANY AND ALSO SAID THAT WE CANT HELP YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT''

I have no hope of not geeting proper management to problem with your mnc . so kindly pay attention to my problem
